Fees

Payment is due at the time of each session by credit card or ACH using HIPAA compliant Square.

Insurance and Medicare

I do not participate in any private insurance plans, and I am no longer a Medicare provider (Medicare and Medigap insurance programs will not cover the costs of visits). Medicare clients are required by law to sign a contract to confirm their understanding that I have opted out of Medicare.

Other Charges

If you have any other needs in addition to our scheduled sessions (such as frequent phone or email communications or record reviews), please let me know in advance so we can discuss any appropriate charges.

If you need to miss a scheduled appointment, please give me the courtesy of at least 24 hours notice to avoid being charged.
